Thank you for doing business with WEForward. We appreciate your support and look forward to providing you with our services. However, as with every other shipping company, providing this service and not receiving payment on time or at all creates cash flow challenges.
How WeForward operates
On your behalf, we ship your goods and pay the shipping charges. Then, we pay port charges/customs duties for you.
To mitigate the challenges, WeForward is forced to take measures to continue providing services:
Customers will pay storage charges if packages are left in the office over seven days.
a. 0 to 1 lb- $5.00
b. 1 to 5 lbs- $10.00
c. 6lbs and over- $15.00
2.WeForward will levy a Finance Charge on the outstanding amount. A fee
of 10% will be applied after seven days and after that 2% every month.
